Instructor Melissa Sanchez is a Productivity Coach and HR Strategist committed to supporting locally owned, community based small businesses with creating action plans, focused especially on Human Capital. She has spent the past 16 years consulting with executives and mid-level managers, and is currently most passionate about working with independent business owners who are pursuing their life-long dreams, in food, fitness, and education.
