A weekly event that brings together entrepreneurs and the Chico community over coffee and conversations. It is FREE and open to the public.

Sierra is a co-founder of Home and Heart, and currently works as the Program Manager.  Sierra’s long-term goals are to design and implement local housing, transportation, and companionship programs that address the many barriers older adults experience when attempting to age in place. 

Home & Heart is an affordable housing solution that matches adults in Butte County who have a room to share, with individuals in need of affordable housing. While they prioritize services for older adults, their program is open to all eligible adults who have room to share (home providers) or those seeking affordable housing (home seekers). Home-share participants receive support throughout the life of the match including mediation or assistance with renegotiating the living together agreement as needed.
