In this joint webinar, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will provide an overview of small business resources, while SCORE will discuss the difference between Performance and Conduct issues. SCORE will also discuss steps they can take to resolve issues at the earliest possible time and how to develop strong documentation to reduce risk.

SBA’s Sacramento District Office economic development team will deliver the presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.
Jackie McClain is the Co-Chair of Capital Corridor SCORE and as well as a small business mentor with
SCORE. She has over 30 years of business administrative experience, including experience in all aspects of Human
Resources, as well as government regulations, contracting, legal issues, nonprofit and more. She currently stewards
the chapter, presents workshops and mentors business-owners on a variety of topics. She holds a J.D. from the
University of Kansas School of Law.
