CSUC/Chicostart is a BlueTechValley innovation hub and we are excited to present a workshop by BlueTechValley. This workshop is focussed on programs that help student and industry entrepreneurs to move a product or service to idea or market. Helle Petersen joined the Water, Energy and Technology Center (WET Center) at Fresno State in 2011, where she currently serves as manager for the center and its programs. She has actively worked with innovation and entrepreneurship for most of her career, ﬁrst as a part of the Central Valley Business Incubator and later at Fresno State and the WET Center. Petersen earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and is an alumni of Fresno State’s MBA program.
Working with Momentum (formerly The Grant Farm) Janet oversees grant development and submission to state and national agencies for advanced energy, water, manufacturing, and clean transportation projects. She manages client communications, grant development staff, and ultimate submission of grant proposals, while working with technical writing staff to develop winning proposal narratives.
