Do you have a startup or startup idea? Are you looking for a proven method to validate your commercial market? Based on Steve Blank’s Lean Launchpad methodology, in this training you’ll learn from seasoned entrepreneurs how to conduct 15 customer interviews in order to identify your top customer segment and value propositions, and find product market fit. You must apply with a team of 2-4 people, and each teammate can expect to spend 20-30 hours outside of class on interviews. In May, we will run two trainings at the same time – one for STEM technology startups, the second with a curriculum tailored to Web3 startups.
